Our Director of Patient Care Services meets with the client and family in
the home to allow us to understand the client wants and needs and to
establish a rapport with the family. The consultation includes a
review of physical and social surroundings to enable the supervisor to
make care recommendations from our services offered. A customized
plan is designed for the start of care and is continually reviewed to
ensure we truly are catering to changing client needs at all times.
Advantage Home Healthcare, Inc. recognizes the importance
of instructing clients and/or their representatives in their home health
care needs. The Agency also recognizes the importance of active
participation by the client and family in the planning of their care in
order to achieve home care goals and encourages their participation in
care planning.
Prior to the start of services, we would provide an RN assessment at no
charge whether or not clients elect to use our service.
